Summer is coming ...

So I've been a bit depressed lately about the weather. Nice spring weather, but no hot summer days yet. Brad was discussing this with his coworkers at a meeting this week and they told him, "Oh, she'll regret saying that next week, its going to be HOT." Excited as I was to hear this, I eagerly looked at the weather forecast to see what was ahead. They were right ... its going to be in the 70s. What a heat wave. =)

I should be happy that I'm not dealing with the tornados like those back home, but we actually did have a thunderstorm the other morning. That's not very common here.

Here's a few of our recent happenings...
This is how Broderick eats his raspberries. He refused to eat them until we showed him how to put them on his fingers. Then he thought he was so cool "eating his fingers."

Anika in her dress from Aunt Luann. She is 3 months this weekend. I can't believe it.

Summer fun (even though we're not having summer weather) ... Fiona and Broderick made popsicles. Broderick loves all the fun projects Fiona does with him.

Last Sunday they had a fair in the park in Brønderslev. Different musicians, some artwork and food.

We saw Jørgen and Kirstine there. Great friends. There was jazz music being played in this section.

A lazy day here. Brad is golfing in a work tournament and Fiona and Broderick headed to Summerland, so Anika is helping me get some stuff done around the house. Hope you all have a great weekend.
